Engineering Wisdom and Institutional Knowledge – draft

On discussion with a high-ranking engineer at Indeed, we realized that many new and transferring engineers were being surprised along the course of the year at seasonal strains and shifts that occurred as a simple result of the calendar. From several discussions, put together a doc showing yearly changes so that they could actually be proactively planned for. This doc then became an ongoing value-added money and time-saver, as PMs and engineers could now plan not only for what they wanted in the next quarter, but with some idea of what they could expect based on a similar quarter for years before.
