From the ol’ Insta. Initial fabrication fricking complete!! … For the wings :-) … Mostly :-) Next steps for the wings are grinding down the welds, cleaning them up a bitz and painting. Then the CNC pieces, and then the assembly. … And then the LEDs and the programming :-) But all moving forward. From the ol’ Insta. Victory :) Moving forward step by step through leaning to work with LEDs, as the next phase of the sculpture. So from large metal work of wings to small metalwork of soldering wires. :) Also estimating power usage to see what battery support will be needed for the playa and elsewhere. Still to do: CNC carving and painting the figures, and assembling the sculpture. Sometimes progress is asynchronous. Always it’s great to learn and do.
